Most companies in the world have a good business mindset, often a very logical process. It’s in this system we’re building habits, creating associations to positive and negative (pain) experiences that largely govern our lives. These obstacles need to be identified and trained for us to go from where we are today to where we want to be.

With ambiguity in goals, leadership and communication, we stress the organization and the brain equally. Our brain needs clear goals to not be stressed. The more we clarify these and coach our leaders to be more clear, the more effect, decreased stressed and better results.


In this section we go to the depths to understand what really controls people inside and outside the organization. We as humans are guided by 2 strong forces that affect our entire life: avoiding pain and experiencing pleasure. These relationships that are survival strategies are based on links to memories and feelings in our limbic system. It’s also here that we create and build habits. We have the tools to train you in creating good habits that increase the effect and increase your well-being.


There’s not much that matters if we don’t feel well. This success key is about how you feel physically (related to your mental well-being). We look at how you communicate with yourself and the organization through your body language, how stress should be handled and counteracted. We also work with the physical health.


Business is about creating results and for that to happen we have to push for results every day, both our own and others. By deeply understanding what drives performance we can increase the impact of the efforts. Unfortunately, there is a great deal of ignorance in this area: multitasking isn’t effective, long meetings aren’t effective, large open office landscapes aren’t effective (if you don’t do it right) …
