We have chosen to mix senior consultants with long lasting experience from the industry and junior entrepreneurial consultants with a fresh look on the new economy.
Niklas Forser, Founder: brandstrategy och commercial coach
In January of 2006 Niklas founded leverage. Today the company works from Gothenburg and Stockholm. Before leverage Niklas has some 20 years experience in the field of marketing from some of the major players within FMCG including Nestlé and Carlsberg. As a Marketing Director for Carlsberg Sweden and Nordic Marketing Manager for Nestlé Niklas has been in charge of brands such as Carlsberg, Pripps, Falcon, Ramlösa, Pepsi, Tuborg and Findus.
Niklas holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Uppsala and has in recent years been trained at Anthony Robbins Research in Human Need Psychology. niklas@leverage.se, + 46 706 37 22 57
Lars-Gunnar Zander: NLP trainer, leadership and coach.
Lars-Gunnar has always worked with the human being in focus in different positions such as Country Manager for Dynargie head of international training at SAAB Automobile, marketing and sales manager at Trygg Hansa, Headmaster and teacherellanstadielärare. In 2000 Lars Gunnar founded Zancon to train managers to become leaders and leaders to coach.

Josefin Bergenlind: behavorial science and brandstrategy
After her degree in 2007 Josefien founded DogDays a consultancy agnecy focusing on the physical space and the human being int this space to increase the business and branding possibilities. Among the customers we see: Microsoft Sweden, Indexator, Bostaden AB, Uminova Innovation and Cohn & Wolfe (tidigare GCI group). Josefin has also worked with international development of the entrepreneur with the EU and has been running a project to eastablish a wineyard in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Fredrika Rylén: planner and researcher
Fredrika has a vast experience in working with leading and strong brands both on a national and international level. As a product manager for L’Oréal with brands such as Lancôme, Giorgio Armani och Ralph Lauren and as a senior product manager for Elizabeth Arden in Australia. Fredrika has also worked as a Category Marketing Manager on the global marketing team for Libresse at SCA, handling strategic marketing issues along side with concept- and product development.

Linnéa Edwall: project manager for leverageworld
In 2009 Linnéa graduated from Umeå Business School. She has a Master specializing in Marketing within the service sector. The education is multidisciplinary between behavior science and economics. Leadership and organisational development constituted a great focus as well. Linnéa studied part of the master year in Australia. Her years working is by large related to the service sector, such as ski-instructor and ski-school manager at Skistar Åre and Säfsen Resort. She has also been working as a store manager at Intersport. Fredrik Leek: innovation and business strategy
During the last 10 years Fredrik has been working with business strategies as well as development of innovative ideas for smaller companies. “Rest and Fly” and “SIFE” are some of these companies. Fredrik has also been involved in several juries, such as Venture Cup and all the faculties at the Acedemy that focus on evaluating business plans. At the same time Fredrik teaches students at Umeå School of Business within areas like innovative techniques and entrepreneurship. His position at Uminova Innovation is business coach, were he focuses on the start-up process and innovative techniques.
